1. Subscription Service

SmartDirectoryAI is a subscription-based software platform that provides access to hosted software tools, automations, AI-powered features, and related services. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

By completing your purchase, you authorize SmartDirectoryAI to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, usage charges, taxes, and related account costs.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. SmartDirectoryAI does not offer refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including failure to use the software, dissatisfaction with the platform, business performance, technical learning curve, account inactivity, feature changes, third-party service interruptions, or user error.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for prior payments.

3. Usage-Based Charges

Certain SmartDirectoryAI features may incur additional usage-based charges beyond your base subscription fee, including but not limited to AI processing, AI-generated content, phone usage, SMS or MMS messaging, email sending, voice AI services, automation usage, storage, API usage, third-party integrations, and premium feature usage.

You agree to pay all applicable usage charges incurred through your account, whether generated by you, your team members, your customers, connected systems, automations, or other authorized users. Usage rates and pricing may change at any time. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of account access.

4. No Guarantee of Results

SmartDirectoryAI provides software tools and related resources only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including revenue generation, lead generation, search rankings, website traffic, customer acquisition, business growth, or marketing performance.
